Cancellation & Refund Policy

At FitFy, customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds work in relation to your subscription.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can request to cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, no further charges will be applied, and you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

Note: Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund. Please see below for refund eligibility.

2. Refunds

FitFy is a digital service that provides automatic content delivery. Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • You may request a full refund if you have not yet used the primary features of the product, such as completed walking analyses or personalized fitness content.
  • If any of the main features have already been accessed or delivered, refunds will not be granted, even if the subscription is later canceled.
  • Specific cases such as duplicate charges or verified technical errors may be reviewed individually.
  • If your purchase was made through the App Store or Google Play, refund requests must be submitted directly through the respective platform.

3. How to Request Cancellation or Refund

To request cancellation or a refund, please send an email to support@appfygroupsoftware.com with the email address used for your purchase and the reason for your request.
